Yasir Saleem is a Researcher Engineer and PhD candidate at Service Architecture Lab, Institut Mines-Telecom, Telecom SudParis, France. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan in 2012 and Master (by research) degrees in Computer Science from Sunway University, Malaysia and Lancaster University, United Kingdom in 2015. He was also Research Assistant at MIMOS Berhad, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the duration of his Masters. He worked as software developer at KNYSYS for about one year. His research interests include Internet of things (IoT), semantic web, wireless networks (cognitive radio networks, wireless sensor networks and cognitive radio sensor networks) and routing (flat and clustered). He is also a reviewer of various journals, such as IEEE Transaction on Wireless Communications, IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Wireless Communications, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, Pervasive and Mobile Computing Elsevier, Ad Hoc Networks, Computer Networks, IEEE Access and many more, as well as of various conferences, such as IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, MICC and IWCMC. He was also in TPC of IEEE NetSoft STET Workshop 2018, FMEC 2018, FMEC 2017, FMEC 2016 and MELECON 2016.
